Everyone of the medical staff were very nice . The only problem was I was in the room at 7:30 am and waited until noon before a nurse informed us my doctor was delayed due to a baby delivery. That reason is understandable but it would have been nice to be informed. That said, I will still return for services at the hospital. Thank you!

I had a great experience at the Athens Livingstone Hospital. I never wanted for anything every time I needed water. They were bringing the water medicine whatever I needed. It was there for me. Wonderful doctors nurses. The staff was absolutely wonderful.

I have been here for hours and have questioned the front multiple times about why it's taking so long. I did not bring my insurance card in with me in the beginning because I felt so bad and forgot to. It seems to me that they are trying to ignoree and weare down and hope that I leave even thought I have been waiting for at least 3 to 4 hours. I have been sick for months and have not been able to get well and I decided to do something about it and come here because I feel so rough. I ask at one point could I go and get me insurance card from outside and then came to the lady at the front to show her that I really do have insurance, but she would not look at it. This is intentionally and I have been polite the whole time I have been here. I just want to get my diagnosis and maybe some medicine, but I am being ignored and I just ask again to the lady at the front while she keeps brushing me and my needs that the side and says she can't give a time. They want me to leave. Well I'm not leaving.

I had an appointment to have X-rays done. I was in there and out within about 30 minutes. The whole process from registration to signing in at X-ray lab was quick and professional. The ladies in the back that done the X-rays had great bedside manners and was gentle and quick. They have a good system routine that enables promptness. The overall experience was satisfying. I was very pleased with my experience at your hospital. Day surgery staff was very welcoming and efficient. The CRNA was reassuring as was the circulatory. The night shift on the floor, Daniel and Crystal were excellent, very helpful as was the u it se retary answering the call bell. Both shift were very tell in responding in to my needs. Day shift also was very attentive, timely in responses and caring. The unit manager and charge nurse run a very well organized unit I was highly complimentary when speaking to them in regard to their team. Additionally, Shelby was truly awesome with all her assistance and encouragement. She definitely is a step above in her career. My physical therapist was very helpful and explained my exercises quite well. I will highly recommend Athens Limestome hospital. My one suggestion is to cover the North Alabama Rehab hospital sign in front of the reserved day surgery parking My husband is 80 years old and does have mobility issues. The sign leads one not familiar with your campus to walk around to the front of the hospital
