Eddie was my main physical therapist and I saw Paul twice. They are both fantastic and if I ever need at home PT again I will definitely want them.

Initially, CW seemed more professional than the last home health service I used, ProHealth. But ultimately I was disappointed in the service and decided to report them to my insurance company for negligence. The RN was personable and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions thoroughly. I only saw him twice though and twice we had appointments but he didn’t show up, text or call. I saw an LPN two times, maybe three. He was personable, conscientious and helpful. Normally, I get around my apartment without assistance. After two hospital stays and three weeks in a nursing home for PT/OT rehab though, I have to use a cane, including at home. And I still can’t stand up straight. Nevertheless, a Centerwell PT intake “specialist” decided I didn’t need physical therapy. So, instead of visits from a therapist, he texted me a few exercises, which I have lost access to, for some reason. — Patient: Lynn Duvall (Mark Gooch is my husband; my iPad isn’t working right now.) Since I didn’t have a PCP at the time, the RN requested a nurse practitioner. I was excited about that because she would have been able to prescribe meds for me, which would have helped lower my blood pressure. But nothing happened. After that, I didn’t hear from CenterWell for almost a month. When I finally called, I was told I had been discharged a month earlier. Nevertheless, none of their employees mentioned it to me.

I am very pleased with the physical therapy services in providing access to online presentations of physical therapy exercises and most importantly of providing in person sessions, which allows me, as a caregiver, to follow up with incorporating the exercises in my son’s daily routine.

Our experience with CenterWell PTs, OTs, and nurses has been extremely helpful. Scott, our PT, has been excellent. He is so professional and has encouraged my husband to go beyond what I thought he could do at this point in his healing. He is still improving. We appreciate the care we get.

The nurses & PT have been great. My dad truly benefited from them coming out. They have all been professional & caring. They don’t rush through the visits and make me & my dad feel comfortable about his care and I feel like they care about my dad’s recovery outcome. We feel blessed to have had them take care of my mom & dad.
