I have nothing bad to say about the Physical Therapists or Occupational Therapists. Especially Luke, so sweet. The main nurse Suzannah over the Hoover area is RUDE RUDE RUDE. She spoke to my MIL like a dog and was soo rude to both me and my husband. Had my MIL sign papers without telling her what they were about, or having one of us come to look at them. She just told her to look at them later. I called and spoke with Heather she told me she was shocked to hear it and she had never had any complaints before. Basically I got she did not believe me. So I guess because we are middle class its okay to talk to us like that. BEWARE of them

We have had the most amazing experience so far with Ascension Home Healthcare. Sarah, the admissions nurse pays attention to detail and so compassionate. I appreciated her helping my sister and I with everything. She helped us get our mother organized and provide all the information we needed. I pray all her nurses are like her. The male nurse Morgan was very unprofessional and rude. He was called to help us with our family member and his reply was "call me if they die". As far as compassion and consideration there was very little. The chaplin was very nice. I will not recommend this hospice.
