This has to be one of if not the worst hospital in the state of Alabama. I went in for a kidney stone that I couldn't pass I was left out in the hallway with no care and people were coughing on me which I ended up getting covid from they also ran ridiculous test on me such as a chest ex ray the doctor I saw had no clue what he was doing and just sent me home with a aspirin. During my time there I have never been treated so rudely by the nursing staff along with the non experienced doctor I had to make matters worse I received three different medical bills in the mail for the afternoon I was there which caused me to have to bankrupt because I couldn't pay them they were so expensive!! I wouldn't take a animal to this hospital much less a human being there are much better hospitals in Birmingham that offer experienced nurses and doctors that can care for you.

Wife gave birth here. 10/10 experience. Nurses and the doctor were amazing and very attentive. My poor wife labored for 18 hours before we got to the hospital and was around 8cm at arrival. They made sure to get the best anesthesiologist in north Alabama to get her epidural. The staff treats you with so much respect and the southern charm is outstanding. The hospital itself is easy to get in and out of and there are plenty of options for food close to the hospital. The meals the hospital serves are a solid 6/10, with deserts being 10/10. As a dad the couch was the best out of three different hospitals lol. Thank you cullman!

We were traveling through and our five year-old fell ill in the car. We pulled into the nearest ER ASAP. Luckily it was Pullman Regional Medical Center ER. Everyone from check-in, triage, ER nurses and especially Dr Hughes were outstanding. They got us right back and began working on our son. They were so kind and professional. They treated my son like he was family. This was the best ER experience I have ever had. I highly recommend these guys for all emergency care. Thank you

I want to give my nurse Chris( Christiana) 10 stars if I could. I have never had a nurse go above and beyond for me like she did. She is an ER nurse at Cullman, she has blonde hair on top 🙂. If every nurse cared likes she did all hospitals would be great. I did not find out what was wrong with me unfortunately and am disheartening by that but the er was super busy. I did feel I was left in a room with no answers bc they think it's my heart. I didn't but I may be wrong. Either way, thank you Chris for your care and I wish 3 months was not your only time at this hospital. Hopefully, you can inspire others to care such as yoursel. Xray- ty for getting me my disk that evening. Staff was all friendly but I left with no answers after nearly pass out in severe pain. That's what I gave a 3.

Visited the ER at Cullman Regional Medical Center on Monday, December 1, 2025. Pleasantly greeted, and the wait was not terribly long, perhaps because it was mid-afternoon. Every staff member was kind and helpful. The doctor interacted with me and listened to my concerns, then ordered a battery of tests and blood work in order to better diagnose my situation. The nurses were wonderful, as were all of the techs who worked with me that day. I would highly recommend the emergency room at Cullman Regional Medical Center, and would definitely use them again, if needed.
