When Joe was doing home care physical therapy Alicia worked to his abilities and he appreciated her immensely. When Joe needed hospice the nurses, Rachel, Vicky, Stacey, and Crystal were outstanding. Would have not gotten through the night without Crystal's guidance. Thank you all. I would also like to thank Jackie who was Joe's favorite. She treated Joe with dignity and respect. Thank you Jackie Sorry to keep editing but I seem to keep forgetting people. Hospice started with Saundra. She helped me so much with settling in. I wanted to do the best I could for Joe and she made that possible

My mother is suppost to have this company as her care takers after leaving the hospital and all I can say is they are horrible. From the beginning it has been nothing but problems it took almost 2 weeks to get someone out here the first time. She has been out of the hospital about 1 month and has only had 1 physical therapy visit and 1 nurse visit. PT was suppost to come out today and she did not receive a call or a visit. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I recently moved from Michigan to Huntsville. I had home health care in Michigan and here in Huntsville for 8 months.(on going) I have never had such good care. Quick responses when I am struggling. Kind, respectful care. Always aware of my needs and are in contact with my Doctors. I feel that the complete staff care about me and my needs. If you have a choice in home health care, I suggest you ask for Amedisys!!

This is the worse home health company. The occupational therapist was useless. Some of the nurses that came out to the house should be replaced. I don't know why they advertise 24/7 when you can't get a nurse to come out to the house for anything. The nurses missing appointments without calling. The management team is no help. If you use this company be prepared to stay on them to make them do their jobs. I had to give a one star for this to post. This company didn't deserve the one star.
