I am doing this review for my grandmother who had home health service some time this year. Their team was exceptional and everybody was on point. I may not remember everybody but Byron, Andrea, Nicky, and Wren were all professionals.

Doing this for my aunt's visit

On April 20, I had Kyron Landry, a home nurse, from Aveanna home care visit me, to treat a wound. Part of his visit included him having me sign an unknown document on a tablet he brought – he actually had me sign twice, saying the tablet did not save my first signature. He also collected personal information, including my Social Security Number without explaining why it was needed. The next day I telephoned Aveanna asking for information concerning this. I was told a supervisor would return my call the next day, but no one returned my call. Since then, I have made multiple written requests (by fax) for copies of what I signed and an explanation of how my information is being used. They have ignored my requests for written information, and instead attempted to contact me by phone repeatedly, against my instructions. On May 1, I had Melody Tipton; from Aveanna call me to attempt to schedule follow-up appointments. Ms. Tipton verbally told me she was a supervisor from Aveanna and she was eager to schedule future visits. When I asked for information about the collection of my personal information, she seemed uncaring and only wanted me to agree to future appointments. Aveanna has also attempted to interfere with my relationship with my primary care physician. This has caused me severe mental distress, and it is now affecting my physical health as well. I have had multiple episodes of anxiety attacks this week, which has left me in a difficult shape. I am overwhelmed, physically sick, and close to a panic attack as I write this. I believe their actions may involve negligence, a violation of my patient rights, and misuse of my personal data.
