I broke my left hip a year ago and my right hip 7 weeks ago. I have to of the best therpists you can ask for. They handled my therapy on both occasions.. Sharyn Williams and Stuart Gray. They are so caring and passionate about what they do! I am going to miss them but we will still keep in touch!!

I would not recommend using this company for ANY services, I don't even want to give one star, that would be a complement they do not deserve. We were on home health for a couple of weeks, then hospice for several weeks. Their hospice representative made false promises of services that they either would not or could not provide. They didn't even have a reliable aide to help bath my dad. That is one of the main services most elderly people need assistance with. I consistently asked that I be called to arrange meetings or discuss any changes to his medication or services. That never happened. His newest medication that we were given samples of by his neurologist was changed without any consultation with me or his regular neurologist (like I was told would happen) and within 3 days he could not walk. Constant claims to my mother that insurance would not pay for this new medication and that it was very expensive scared my mother. If they had made just ONE phone call to the neurologist they would have found out like I did that there is a special program that pays for this new medication, just a matter of signing a few pieces of paper. I fired this company, got my dad back on the medication and he was walking again within 4-5 days. He shouldn't have even had to suffer through that. Due to incompetence, laziness and just plain old lies my parents had to suffer. There was absolutely no consistency in their services or the promise of services by the representative. They should be ashamed to take advantage of the elderly and their families and causing nothing but confusion and suffering to families that depend on these services. I share this to save other families the heartache my 87 year old parents and our family suffered.

Had in home PT for 1 week after knee replacement. They were in the home for maybe 30 minutes a day, 540.00 a day that is a bit unreasonable. The last day someone new came and proceded to accuse me of not taking meds correctly until I showed her my bottles and discharge instructions. She also said I should be walking outsude 30 minutes a day, I am only a week out and not even seen my doctor yet. He prescribed in-home so I could safely get out of the home to go into PT so not sure why she would say this. My husband was home for this visit and was not happy with how she treated me.

My husband has Glioblastoma and I used Amedisys for his initial home nursing and therapies. They always came on time and called ahead to make the appointment (in this industry, that is something). They were skilled, caring, and attentive to my husband. I would definitely recommend this company with a high rating. They are conscientious about cleanliness and use current technology.
