Horrible. Told us my mom would have a wheelchair ordered, she ended up going to the hospital 2 weeks later, so i called to find out why the wheelchair never came and it was because it was never ordered. So if my mom didnt go to the hospital she still wouldn't have a wheelchair. HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!

I needed physical therapy recently following total hip replacement. The care I received from Victoria, DPT & Stephanie, PTA was exceptional. Both were kind, caring, professional & motivational in getting me up on my feet again. I highly recommend Center Well for any home health needs that anyone may have.

The physical therapists are excellent but the nurses arrive late and sometimes just sit in their cars..physical therapist always calls a day before coming the nurses barely give you notice that they are coming by..this should really be different..but centerwell is better than other home health services..

I love Mrs. Angela my physical therapist she has done an amazing job on getting me back on my feet and walking again. I don’t think I could have got a better person to help me. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. 😍🥰 I also like Ms. Susan my speach therapist she has done a really good job and I would also recommend her. I’m glad I chose center well for my home health therapy. I would recommend this company to anyone they are awesome.
