I have been coming here for over 6 years. My primary is Cathy..I LOVE her! She takes her time and listens to you and explains things so you can understand them. I feel comfortable with her, like I can talk to her about anything….As you SHOULD with your Dr or Np. Your appt. may be a little late because she takes her time with every patient. The staff is also wonderful….Everyone is helpful and polite. Highly recommend!

If you have medical anxiety, please be aware that Shianna Wilson may not be the right provider for you. During my emergency visit for severe insomnia, I felt completely ignored. Rather than listening to my concerns about a specific supplement and my PCOS causing it, she fixated on old lab work from a year prior (that my NP at that time didn’t say was alarming, but to keep an eye on.)and used language that was intentionally frightening. She stands above you, making it more intimidating. Her lack of empathy led to me having an anxiety attack in the office. “Let’s just hope and pray it is only your thyroid.” “Your blood test results from last year are very alarming.” Were the words she kept saying and refusing to go into detail what it could be if it wasn’t. Her clinical management was disappointing. Despite knowing I have a severe needle phobia, she failed to coordinate my labs correctly, requiring multiple sticks for things that should have been handled in one draw as she claimed they would be. The first draw she didn’t even focus on my liver, she also didn’t test my cholesterol at all, which I found odd. She seems to prioritize fees of appointments over patient safety; when I messaged in the patient portal about a potential medication side effect (24/7 ear ringing), she refused to answer unless I paid for another appointment. I have since found better care outside of this network despite being an IMS patient since about 2004 as a teenager, the stress of this experience was unnecessary and harmful to my already bad phobia it was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The quality of care has gone down hill at these offices the last 6 years.
