I have been Doing at home physical therapy for the past month after having a total knee replacement and have had THE BEST experience with your company i highly recommend you and my physical therapist James Wright. Hes patient understanding and caring. Im still recovering from my left knee replacement so I thought it was going to be really rough but its not as bad as I thought, my Dr was amazed and shocked at my post Op appointment at my progress and I told him I couldnt have made it here without James help I highly recommend your company especially james Wright you all are very kind when ive called and go above and beyond. Do yourself a favor and choose a different home Healthcare. Stokes homehealth is a joke, rude and unprofessional. Poor communications, nurses do not know how to give advance notice an d or schedul appointments. If you must go with this company I can only hope you get Marta as your nurse. My experience with other nurses and personnel were I nprofessional.
