I’m so disappointed with this facility, my mother was transferred to Haven Health from FMC for skilled nursing care for Physical Therapy for a few weeks. Within less than 24 hours of leaving my mother in their care she fell and broke her arm. My mother said she tried pressing her call button on her bed bcuz she needed to use the restroom but “NO ONE” came to assist her, so she attempted to get out of bed to get to her bedside commode, not to mention she was a fall risk patient who had a fractured hip, sadly no one cared to assist her. Their beds are outdated, with no side rails for fall risk patients. So I wouldn’t recommend this facility for your loved one if u are looking for skilled care, there is no skilled care here. Not to mention we left snacks for my mother as well, when we went to pickup her personal belongings we found that her snacks were gone. Staff weren’t friendly, or welcoming either, maybe bcuz we were natives. But we are in the process of a lawsuit against this facility.
