I had such a pleasant experience from the start. To the women who visited my mom in the hospital to give her information on what to expect, to calling the office after hours when we needed help. Sallie her nurse was so knowledgeable able about her wound and how to help it heal. And Ashley her physical therapist could always get her moving even when I had doubts that she would participate. I was glad we found such a great company that I felt safe with. Thanks for your hard work with my mother.

My father lives alone and insisted that he was fine yet this was his 3rd visit to the hospital for a fall. The case manager at the hospital recommended home health. I knew my father would be against it as he didn’t like many people coming into his home. After hours of trying to convince him that he needed to at least try, I was getting no where. Bridget with Bayada called me and gave me all the info and I let her know that he was going to resist. She went to visit him at the hospital and to my surprise after she talked to him he was willing to give it a shot. It has been a month now and my father is making great progress. He loves when his nurse Casi cames to see him. He will call me up and give me all the details about her visit. He doesn’t usually tell me the important stuff but he goes on and on about all the other things they discuss. I think he likes having the company. Ashley his physical therapist is wonderful too.

My mom was in the hospital and about to be discharged. They threw so much information at me and I had no idea what to do. I called around on the giant list they gave me for home healths. When I called the Bayada office I had so many questions. Corvi was so kind and patient answering the seemingly endlessly amount of questions I had. I felt like I kept her on the phone forever but she didnt seem to mind which was a great relief. She then let me know that their marketer in the west valley would be happy to reach out and answer any additional questions. Krysta was so nice and helpful. She said she would come to the hospital and introduce herself and answer any questions we both had. It gave my mother relief to hear about the services they had for her. We had many concerns for days as my mothers discharge got closer and anytime I called Krysta she was so nice and told me I wasnt a bother at all and to please call her if anything else came up. It really helped having them there to talk to during this very stressful process. Thank you to the wonderful people that work here. You helped make this process better

This company is extremely unorganized. Poor communication and planning creates issues with getting care in a timely manner or within timeframe stated by referrals while recovering from surgery. Another peeve of mine is the fact that as a patient you’re NEVER given an exact time for appointments. You’re always given a timeframe of when they’ll be visiting ( eg between 11 and 12 or between 0530 and 0700). You’re also not able to schedule an appointment in advance which affects other plans you may have. The only thing good about this company is the pleasant attitudes of the nurse and physical therapist. Everything else is a waste of time, and the staff that are in charge of planning are lacking in efficiency and communication skills.

I needed physical treatment at home. they declared to the insurance 4 visits that they made in two days. One day two nurses came an hour away to do the same thing: to take my temperature and blood pressure instead of doing my physical treatment. the next week they did exactly the same. I canceled everything with them. they demanded $ 550 from my health insurance and another $ 150 co-payment. be careful who you turn to for medical services. they were recommended to me by honorhealth and I trusted, very wrong
