My mother, Annis, was under the care of Advanced Home Health for several months. We had several nurses and they were all very good, but mom passed away under the care of Mac. He was excellent and on top of everything!!! He knew what was happening to a T and advised us so we knew exactly what to do and mom absolutely loved him, as did we all. We told him he should study to be a doctor!! We also ended with nurse Lori who was on call the day mom fell and also the day she passed away at the age of 102!! She also was very caring and did a wonderful job helping us make it through the end of life phases. Gerald was the chaplain and he was also outstanding!!! He made mom feel so comfortable when he came to visit. What a calming personality he has!! And, Renee was the social worker. She was always very personable and tried so hard to make wonderful suggestions to make our lives easier. They were all superb and I hope the company treats them as superbly and keeps them so others get to experience the same care as mom did! This was our first experience with Hospice and they all helped us so much at such a difficult time. I can’t say enough good things about these people!! Thank you so much!!

We have used Advsnced Home Health Care twice in the past year and have been very happy with the service they provide and the professionals that are part of their team. We had an issue with one nurse and when I called the Clinical Director to discuss, she e Resolved the issue extremely quick which I appreciated. My husband’s Physical Therapist, Luis was great, he worked with my husband the longest and he showed great professionalism and empathy while providing great care. My only negative has to do with the scheduling of the various personnel which come to the home as the various staff does not own their schedules as it appears it is done my a central team, so often times I found I had to change/ move around my schedule to fir the nurses/ therapists schedules. Many times we were able to work it out but it was frustrating for me and for my husband in the process. I would however use this company again as the level of professionalism of the staff was excellent.

She was kind professional and extremely helpful, encouraging me and teaching me how to walk again. Emily is an amazing and she deserves a humongous raise. She is not only professional but brilliant, I will miss her, but I wish her the best. I highly recommend your company and DEFINITELY Emily R as a Physical Therapist.

Emily is such an amazing PT she’s so versatile and just the sweetest ever. She made Annette feel comfortable & so was i, She was determined to make sure Annette was able to do her exercises and pushed her to her best ability. We wished she would have stayed longer with us we are super grateful for her and all her help. I believe Annette has got better at her walking. We will definitely miss her. Wish her the best of the best!
