I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jen Dais. From the moment we first saw her, she showed an incredible chair-side manner—compassionate, caring, and genuinely attentive to our needs. My wife had been struggling with severe neck and hip pain, and I was dealing with lower back pain myself. Dr. Dais listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made us feel completely at ease. The results were nothing short of amazing. After receiving epidurals, both of us experienced immediate pain relief. It was life-changing to walk out of her office feeling better than we had in years. Dr. Dais not only provided exceptional medical care but also treated us with kindness and respect throughout the entire process. I am just grateful that I found Dr. Dias. I have had 17 surgeries and a spinal cord injury. I suffer from shooting, stabbing, throbbing, burning pain daily. I also have severe muscle spasms that cause knots all over my back. Dr.Dias is the only Doctor who has ever took the time to sit with me and go thru my medical issues not just pain. She doesn’t rush you and actually listens. I never leave reviews but wanted too in case this helps someone find an amazing Dr /person.

Been going to Premier Pain and Wellness for a few months. Everyone on staff has been very friendly and kind. The office is always clean. Dr. Dais can be no-nonsense when she needs to be but I feel like she cares and actually listens to you. For the most part, everything seems to run on time. You get taken back pretty quickly and I never feel there's an overlong wait for the doctor to come see you. A lot of procedures seem to be able to be done in office which convenient. The practice also uses an App for appointments, payments, and medical records which is easy to use and convenient. My pain isn't gone but I know they are working to find something that will work. Also, for bigger people. While my weight was discussed and losing weight has been stressed as necessary - my pain was not blamed on my weight and I was not told that my problem would be solved by losing weight. Which is refreshing. I would recommend.

This team is excellent. My husband hasn’t been here in 6 months or so, and still talks about how incredible everyone was. We only can’t continue coming because of a cross country move. We highly recommend. They helped him get his mobility back and were compassionate and friendly, and strongly advocated for his needs. We miss you!
