We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our hospice team. Heather, the head nurse, led with such compassion, professionalism, and skill. She coordinated everything beautifully and went far beyond our expectations. Jasmine, the nurse’s aide, provided such gentle and thoughtful care, helping with cleaning and personal needs with so much kindness. Maritza was also such a warm, supportive presence. Heather, the social worker, brought a wealth of resources and guidance, and was a steady support for our family. Pastor Dan came whenever my sister needed him, offering not only his presence but also heartfelt spiritual guidance and scripture through his beautiful voice. Every member of the team was professional, friendly, and deeply compassionate. They not only cared for our loved one, but they also trained and guided us with patience and understanding. They responded quickly whenever we needed them, and their coordination gave us both confidence and comfort during a very difficult time. This team, under Heather’s leadership, exceeded every expectation we had. We are profoundly grateful for their service and will never forget the care, kindness, and dignity they gave our family.
