What sets them apart is that they are locally owned and operated, which shows in the way care is delivered — personal, attentive, and grounded in the community rather than driven by a distant corporate model. Despite not being a large national chain, American Premier maintains a CMS 4-star rating, which speaks volumes about the consistency and quality of their clinical care. The team feels approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the people they serve. We also appreciated that they actually have a palliative care program, which can be hit and miss in Phoenix. My advice from my family's experience: families looking for home health or hospice care that combines strong clinical standards with a local, human touch, American Premier stands out in a very crowded field.

My father in law was on the hospice service from American Premier. He received medical care with kindness and it made it so much easier on all of us as he passed away! Also, after his passing, Julia, AP's Bereavement Coordinator made calls to us and sent very helpful written material about dealing with grief. Julia is a wonderful representative of the company. She is very compassionate and deeply cares for those she interacts with. The same is true for the other employees with whom I interacted during this time.

My neighbor Erica an RN with American Premier is just amazing! My interactions with her are always so positive. This young lady truly has a warm heart. The way she passionately and highly speaks about her patients is just warming. I can tell she truly enjoys helping other during some tough times. American Premier is lucky to have her. She has told me numerous times how she enjoys working for this company but especially being there for her patients. Thank you Erica for being a true hero! And the best neighbor!
