Update- if you have AARP advantage medicare plan this is the only company on that plan. Some lady called and told me this! Guess I'm not getting home care PT. Called said they Saturday visit then Saturday they called Saturday oh we don't have any one. We'll call you tomorrow to set up for Monday. No call by 130pm Monday so I call on hold for forever once I get to someone they have to get back with me. They call back an hour later they can have some one tomorrow I said no. I'll find a different PT home health company. Called HonorHealth and my doctor to let them know about the unprofessional company they wanted me to use.

Vincent PT helped me heal after my hospitalization (cellulitis in my leg). He was professional, precise, and kind. He showed me how to do exercises specifically to improve my strength and mobility. He didn’t give up on finding the correct exercise when I couldn’t do one because of knee pain. He was patient and had a positive attitude. Vincent went the extra mile to follow through on his commitment to improve my walking. My family and I appreciate his dedication and excellent customer service.

After having back surgery on Feb 17, 2025 the surgeon/hospital ordered home heath care for me as I was unable to twist, bend or lift virtally anything. I was truly blessed that the company they selected was Assisted Home Health & Hospice. The three employees that came to my home were all great, but the occupational therapist, Tish was exceptional. Her calm demeanor & professionalism really made me feel at easy. When Tish explained the correct way to move she did so in a manner that was easy to understand, and also watched me very closely to correct anything that I was doing wrong. Without her guidance I know I would not be doing as well as I am today. Thank you Tish, you made a huge impact on my recovery, and thank you Assisted Home Health & Hospice for having such a wonderful, caring employee. I will certainly recommend your company to any family or friends who might need this service in the future.

Extremely unprofessional team in regards to getting care set up with a referral. Calls at odds hours including weekends, wanted a brand new referral on Monday after speaking with them Friday as I was unable o speak with them over the weekend. Absolutely ridiculous, recommending my mother’s doctor to find a different referral partner.

Run as fast as you can in the other direction from these people. Thier help mostly consists of bringing in lots and lots if merchandise...diaper, chux, lotion, sosps and shampoos etc as well as beds, commode, walkers etc. So Mecicare pays them plenty but actual help is few and far between. I complained for at least 3 days saying trying to walk with hubby and walker was hard...they were told he fell at least 3 times...once taking me down as well. Finally after 3 days and about 15 bruises..they finally say...no he has to have a hospital bed and can't be up anymore. I was complaining that I was fighting with him to take his meds and sometimes couldn't get him to take meds. They sent nurse to help then nurse left...hmmmm....did you not think that this was going to happen the next hour when meds were due again. I complained 2 more times about this. Last time they sent nurse out...I refused to help...saying you do it alone and see what I go thru. The 200+ pound male nurse couldn't so it either.....so now they decide they need to change meds to liquids. Would have been nice before this 72 year old woman hurt her shoulder and back trying to do this. You have no real help...except a couple times having a bath done and bed changed. Nurse once a couple times a week...all they do is take vitals and decide patients condition. They would do better to teach how to do the things they need done. Finally someone taught me how to put shirts on after bath by cutting the back.....learned this less than 36 hours before he passed. Only real help I thought was the Chaplain. He offered needed encouragement. The company makes mega bucks off of Meficare mostly from product's, so no much effort. There was an instance that hubby made a real mess of himself and bed. I could not move him or turn him to get him dry or cleaned. Waited all day for help and none came. I called and a supervisor and nurse came BUT never did anything to get hubby clean and dry even thought they were here. They said someone would be here to do it...nope....after calling AGAIN....they finally sent nurse out to do it. Hubby had been wet and dirty over 10 hours and laid in bed in an undignified way because some of them wouldn't lower themselves to do the dirty work. Expect you do almost everything yourself...at 72 and disabled it was a nightmare and I am still recovering physically and emotionally after 12 days of hubby passing. Ask lots of questions before you choose. I thought I was stuck, and now know better...I could have changed companies.
