Nurses,CNA’s, and PT assistant were very kind, engaged, and communicative. Management and the office is negligent, unresponsive , and unprofessional at best. This company avoids and screens phone calls, cancels services without communicating with the client or family, and has blamed nurses and the patient for their negligence. If a patient has a caregiver private pay they have the right to utilize their insurance benefits to meet their needs. They cancelled Medicare approved CNA visits . This company is unprofessional and I would avoid their Home Health services at all cost. They have been a nightmare to work with. Very unprofessional and extremely negligent in patient care and lack compassion for their patients and families. They blame nurses and other staff for their mistakes and assume no responsibility. I can only imagine what their other patients go through that don’t have anyone to advocate for their loved one. They don’t include you in the patients care plan and make radical decisions to terminate Medicare approved services without notification. If you are like the rest of us we have our plate full with plenty to take care of and don’t have time to spare to manage care that a Home Health company is paid to manage. Save yourself the stress and gaslighting that Assisteo Home health will put you through and get a reputable caring company to help you care for your loved one.

Unprofessional lack of communication scheduling my mom's home physical therapy. Gavin Baugh was her PT. So, maybe the rest of Assisteo is great, but our whole experience has been 1 On 1 w/Gavin. Great in the beginning, but seems like he just wanted to get things done w/my mom's 3 PT sessions. Sent me her 3rd set of workouts when I was requesting a copy of the 2nd in preparation for the 3rd by practicing w/her. Gavin advised he would not be returning for the 3rd. I'm not trained or certified in physical therapy so I do not feel comfortable w/her just doing what is sent to me. Insurance is paying IDK how much so I feel like being present is essential. Especially since my mom has Alzheimers. He supposedly said he showed up, but nothing was scheduled nor communicated with me. I text saying what time would work and my text was ignored. I'm really disappointed in the service. I don't feel like I'm asking for much to have someone return to complete her 1 hr of PT. Someone said I could reach out to medicare.gov so that will be my next step if no one responds.

They were enjoyable and very helpful.I had nursing service as well as Physical therapy and Occupational therapy all of whom were knowledgeable and friendly. They were almost always on time.
