Genuinely awful to work with. They sent my grandfather who is on a feeding tube and can hardly speak the incorrect syringes for his feeding tube. This made it unable for him to eat. They said “there is nothing I can do about that. You will not get syringes until your next billing cycle” when we asked what do we do if he runs out and has nothing to feed himself with. They said “that is just too bad sir I am sorry, you will have to go to the hospital.” This lady even went so far as to use curse words and hung up on my grandfather. I am heartbroken seeing how unprofessional and disrespectful these people are to deal with. It is worth traveling to go to any other facility.
