My home care experience with CenterWell Home Health promoted me to leave, for the first time ever, a one star review. My experience with the Phx. East Valley staff whom I had contact by way of my home, one on one, text & phone communications. I experienced, poor and untimely service schedules, missed appointments & poor communications. I am reserved to say more, only to say I would not recommend them.

Just finished a 2 month recovery with the help of CenterWell Home Health. They have sweet, caring personnel who come to your home to help you out after you’ve been in the hospital. They arrange time the day before, show up on time and do their work efficiently. I would highly recommend any one from their staff, nurses, Physical therapists, and a social worker who got us a referral for someone to “get our papers in order”! Thank you so much for your help!!

CenterWell came recommended to us. My husband had his first blood draw from one of their nurses who came out to our home which was sent to Sonora Labs in Scottsdale. We received a very frantic call the following morning from Mayo ER telling us that we needed to get into the ER asap for a blood transfusion. We rushed back to the ER for new blood labs to find out there was nothing wrong with his blood. Consequently we missed a very important appointment with a Neurosurgeon that we waited one month for because we were still in the ER with this “blood debacle” I called CenterWell and asked to speak with the director to get some answered of what took place between the time their nurse took my husbands blood to the time we had to rush back into the ER. We have cancelled services with CenterWell. I have absolutely zero trust in using them in the future.

My experience with CenterWell has been excellent. I had the best Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist and nurse who came to visit me. I looked forward to their visits and with some hard work, I'm getting back to my old self. I never had such wonderful one on one care before. I would recommend this company to anyone who is eligible for home care.
