I enjoyed working with the nurses that were onboarded during my tenure there as well as the internal clinical staff. I've also enjoyed working with the recruiters that were there as well however, management in this office is EXTREMELY poor. They belittle their employees and all the work is put on just one person. They do not offer overtime which was extremely needed especially when it gets busy and when 1 person is doing all the work. The miscommunication here is beyond absurd. The turnover rate here for internal employees is very high. Overall, not a bad company to work for as they have great benefits and they are located everywhere which makes transferring to another office quite easy as long as the position is available. Keep in mind that NOT ALL Maxim branches are like this but this particular branch needs ALOT of improvement when it comes down to management.

Great company to work with. They especially care about their patients and have the friendliest people working in their home health care office (especially Morgan - shes the best). You can trust them with any requests you have and they will help in an efficient and friendly manner!

Started with them last fall and have found great assignments that meet my available schedule. As an LPN nurse I am very satisfied with the work they provide me and my earnings are competitive with different facilities I have worked for in the past. If you like variety they provide you with different cases or even permanent cases thru out the valley. I will continue to work hard for Maxim as they keep me busy with assignments

From my interview with Morgan to working with scheduling, all the office staff and the families, I've had a great experience!! I truly feel cared about as an employee.
