tried to refer a patient here and had the worst service from 'Anthony'. When I asked for a supervisor, he stated they did not have one and then that they were not in. Meanwhile we have a patient who has been waiting for care. Initially I was asked to wait 2 weeks for authorization. I waited the 2 weeks and called back to find out they don't have any patient by that name. ?? When I informed Anthony that I spoke with him 2 weeks ago all the sudden 'he did not accept the referral.' And he did not notify our office 'because we don't do that'. NEVER will refer here. Be careful not sure if they are throwing referrals out or what they are doing here.
