My dad is supposed to have a home health aid come 3x weekly to assist with showers/hygiene etc. The first lady they sent over spoke absolutely ZERO English, not even enough English to tell me what language she spoke so I could use Google translate ! I have no problem with a language barrier but speaking ZERO english is alot different than a simple language barrier; not to mention she no call no showed on her FIRST DAY, this was after she was over and hour LATE to the initial intake appointment. It took weeks to find a replacement and when they did, the new lady was NEVER on time, did not stay her full work hours, and had poor communication. Though, I will add, her work when she did show up was good. Nonetheless; when she didn't show at all I called the manager and I later I found out that she was fired for refusing to provide a SSN for her employment and was forging my signature for hours she did not work ! It's concerning she was allowed to enter a clients home before the standard I-9 was completed for her employment and that she was vouched for when she was that new.... then again the office manager vouched for BOTH of these ladies and told me I wouldn't be disappointed. I will add that the skilled MED-Nurse Virginia whom came separately 1x weekly was very kind and did her job efficiently with good communication. I did eventually end up with additional issues with the dr office association whom was paying for these services and stronghold not providing the complete necessary documentation required for them to continue paying for services. This led to continued visits that they refused to pay for, which led to a concern of unpaid visits coming back to my father for being financially responsible. The Manager Judy did advise they would write it off if that happend and would not bill us-for that I am extremely grateful ! As of now, I see she has held up her word on that. As for the rest, im extremely disappointed especially now that I'm receiving care for my father through a different company and can now see the night and day difference.

Took several weeks to get a respite aide. Once we got one, she fell asleep on the job. The manager, Judy, asked if we would give Sandy another chance. Once again, she slept for 1 1/12 hours on the job! Posted picks of her sleeping on Facebook for all to see.🤬

My home health aide, Donna Sills is the most conscientious and personable person I've worked with. UNFORTUNATELY Donna is no longer with the me. Now Stronghold doesn't answer my calls or call me back. I haven't had a Health Care Giver since June 18th. Since I'm a VET I'm trying to get a hold of the VA with no success. Really discussed with Stronghold Home Health and NO longer recommend them

Hi, I'm Samantha. I've been a client here at Stronghold for awhile. I love this Program, and the home. We have support 24/7 from staff and Mama Donna. They support my sobriety with classes and individually counseling 3 times a week. I love this program.

Strong Hold was the company I chose after I underwent a surgical procedure through the VA. Dr Anna, the owner of this organization, was very responsive to all my needs. She walked me through the process of getting a caregiver as well as a physical therapist for me. I'm happy in all the service they have provided thus far, and would recommend this organization to anyone who needs short term or even long term service. The staff here are very caring, and sensitive to your needs.
