I returned home a few days ago after spending 8 days in Mountain Valley with 5 broken ribs. Entered without being able to literally move or be touched and left walking out (with a few guarding me). I cannot say enough about this facility. Such caring individuals from the doctors, nurses, aids, dining staff and especially the Occupational and Physical Therapists. Amazing folks. They know exactly what you need and treat each person with kindness and compassion. It is truly like a family. Don’t go anywhere else if you need rehabilitation. Thank you for all your help.

After a fall resulting in a broken hip I was sent to MVRRH for strengthening to be discharged back home. I am so impressed with the staff at the facility here. Everyone works as members of a team, while there is a leader that leader keeps a low profile while letting the staff shine in what they do, there is not one member that particularly stands out in my mind. A couple who have held my hand when I broke down in tears with the stress of overcoming the battle of getting stronger. Encouraging words never any negative vibes, a gentle touch on the shoulder passing in the hallway. What more can I say a great environment if you, a loved one or a friend/neighbor needs rehabilation care🙋‍♀️❤️✌🏻

Leaving this facility today. Exceptional care and all the staff were kind, caring and loved their jobs, physical therapy A plus. When you rang for help, someone was there in a flash. Honestly, this facility I highly recommend. I will be writing a letter to Corporate to praise the staff members. This place is clean, efficient and they meet the needs of their patients. I had the best Doctor I ever had in my life. Everyone excels in their job, and many have worked there for years. Thank you Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, my stay for 8 days was healing.

This facility was incredible, and it was the staff that made this process so much better and easier. My Dad broke his hip and there were no available beds in the Flagstaff facility (where he lives). The hospital recommended this facility in Prescott and I am so glad we decided to send him here. They were attentive, really created the type of care my dad needed, and got him up and going so he could walk again in the two weeks he was there. They took care to make sure he got to his appointments in Flagstaff on time for surgical follow up, and they were meticulous in helping us manage medications. The facility is so clean, well kept, and feels as homey as it can be for the situation. I want to give special shout outs to Gretchen, Jorge, Tina, and Cherokee. My Dad felt so appreciative of how you helped him and got him up and moving again. Would recommend this facility to anyone who wants their loved one to be well cared for, heard, and supported on their road to recovery.

My Grandpa was admitted here at the end of a long recovery process. I had the pleasure to fly down and stay with him, in his room, for a week. The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and efficient. All the nurses treat the patients with great care and are so personable. Everyone on the therapy staff are so patient and kind. The food was amazing as well. It is an amazing facility and would recommend highly to anyone in need.
