The physical and occupational therapists were kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable about the specific therapy I required. They were on time for scheduled appointments or called if delayed. Thanks to them, I have come very close to being fully mobile again and expect to be in the coming weeks as my hip completely hea.

I have a lot to share once our complaints have been rectified with the state. If you love your loved one please make sure that you really vet where you will go with them. I will say this hospice discharged my loved one twice which means four doctors and myself disagreed with it. I won appeal twice. Their “hospice” doctor doesn’t even live up north. He’s not involved locally and will absolutely have his nurses bully for him. Apparently he had let them know it didn’t matter how many doctors disagreed with him about my loved one’s discharge he was the “brains”. Thank god I kept pushing for my loved one. She was immediately put on services with another local company who’s been fantastic and they are taking better care of her than this hospice ever did. I will revise this when all the ends are tied up because, as an involved member of our community I care about my loved one and yours as well.

My mother was in Phoenix and we moved her to a Prescott Valley memory care facility. We had prearranged with Kammy to make the hospice transition smooth. And it was. They were kind and on all of the things we needed to fill out so my mother’s care would be the best possible. Unfortunately she passed shortly after, so their time with us was cut short. But they are professional yet have a wonderful human touch. They are there for you. I truly would recommend them highly.

Review of Pine homes. I received visits in my home from two therapists. Jessica, the occupational therapist, listened carefully to the answers I gave, and made perceptive questions and comments regarding my home environment. These are in line with my own concerns. She made good suggestions for helping me improve my physical independence. She kept on target and was professional in our interactions. The physical therapist, Mike, complimented me on my progress in not relying on the walker. He prescribed additional, more advanced, exercises to Challenge me. He was patient and courteous and describing the motions and allowing me timely to write them down.
