John Mata and Jenny Mitchell have been so great to work with. Jenny really went above and beyond in helping me get the Xarelto I needed. A 2 week supply from my pharmacy and sent off a larger script to a Canadian Pharmacy which will help greatly with the costs. They were both so kind, patient and professional and I highly recommend them if you need great service and caring for yourself or your loved one.

Everyone has been amazing. The team has been caring, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. While this can be a trying time for any family, their care has alleviated much of the stress as they walk us through the different phases. A special shout out to Kimmy, Kara and Myra. Alaga Health Care is excellent. I would highly recommend them. John and David both came out to my house, and I live an hour outside of town. They were very professional, caring, compassionate, and highly skilled. I saw Terri in the office, and she was outstanding. She, obviously, has been doing this a long time so knew immediately how to help. She is personable and cares for her patients. I am glad I no longer need their help, but I so enjoyed seeing them weekly.

Our loved one took ill without any warning. It was devastating to find out days later that she would need hospice care. John Mata was so compassionate and kind, and an advocate for our family. We never felt alone, we never felt unsure of what to expect, and we felt very supported by everyone at Alaga Hospice. Our calls were answered promptly, medication changes were made in short order, we received any equipment we needed, and most importantly our loved one was well cared for. Our loved one passed away on Thanksgiving day. We received phone support, nursing visits and a quick response to our loved one’s bedside when she passed. We highly recommend this professional, caring, wonderful agency for any hospice need you may have.

When our family needed additional care for our mom, we turned to Alaga Healthcare as hospice providers for our mom. I personally worked most with Kimmy. I cannot imagine how excruciating the whole experience would have been had I not been working with Alaga/Kimmy. Kimmy responded quickly to all my questions, and reassured me that most of all, her paramount focus was Mom's comfort. Kimmy and her team were compassionate, empathetic, and always kept us up to date. When my mother passed, Kimmy was by her side. Letting go of a loved one is never easy.
