The follow up with their staff has been excellent. We have had a lot of not positive experiences with both agencies and private pay. I want to believe that Centerwell will continue to turn the corner on us getting the help that my Parkinson patient husband needs.

Lauren will always have a piece of my heart for the love and compassion she showed my mother during her last days. There are definitely angels among us, and Lauren is one. ❤️❤️

I have been the full time caregiver for my Alzheimer's stricken mom for the past several years. This year, I was awarded respite time and Kindred at Home is my provider This is not my first Home Care experience in the Quad-City area and I can attest that I have no problem dismissing a company if I am not completely satisfied with both the care they provide and the level of respect extended toward me and my family. I have had nothing but positive interaction with the admin at Kindred. Communication is right on target and they never hesitate to do their best to accommodate my requests. I feel like they are all part of my team. The company allowed me to "try" different caregivers until I found the one I thought would be a great fit. When Susie comes to give me a break, Mom thinks a friend has come to visit her. Mom is always pleased to see Susie and when her shift is over, the goodby is warm and upbeat. I couldn't speak more highly of my experience with this organization.
