I cannot say enough about the incredible care my father has received from Nurse Linda Seroni at Advance Medical Associates. She has been with us for just over a year, but it feels like so much longer because of the deep trust and connection we've built. Linda is not just a nurse; she is a true guardian angel. She is incredibly thoughtful and anticipates my father's needs before we even have to ask. She goes above and beyond, from taking out his trash and cleaning the floors to providing compassionate care through difficult times. She is there for every challenge, from helping with his hygiene to assisting him in the bathroom. Today, Linda's dedication was especially evident when she arrived just in time to help with a terrible and messy accident. She handled the situation with professionalism and kindness, turning a disastrous moment into a manageable one. We also appreciate the occasional check-ins from her supervisor, which shows the agency's commitment to quality care. Linda's compassion and unwavering support have made all the difference for my father's well-being and our family's peace of mind. She is truly one of a kind.

My husband had knee replacement surgery and we were lucky enough to get physical therapy at home with Patrick Hadlock of Advanced Clinical Associates. He was better at his job than we could ever have asked. He led my husband through the process with a truly caring and well informed attitude. From the first very painful sessions to the end, he had a sympathetic way of keeping it light while still urging you to push the envelope to get the very best results. In the end my husband was ahead of schedule for full recovery and is still working the exercises he learned from Patrick. Update: My father was hospitalized again for a UTI due to improper care from this company even though I raised concerns during visits. Also still never received home health 3 times a week only a weekly nurse showed up after enough complaints. My father was hospitalized for 10 days and supposed to have assistance 3 times a week with catheter care and ADL. I just got into town and found out that a nurse came for initial intake and NEVER sent the help. My father has been without care for 2 weeks.

**Snowbird Friendly** While on a trip from Canada to Scottsdale, AZ, my daughter was in need of medical attention for a leg wound which she had suffered on her vacation. I was extremely pleased with the excellent care she received from Advanced Clinical Associate. The office staff was extremely friendly and helped us navigate the US health system. We were very pleased with the amount of attention they provided to ensure her recovery/healing process was going well before her return to Canada.
