I hope this message reaches the appropriate person that can bless my Homecare Nurse Anikka with a Certificate, gift cards, and throw an acknowledgment Dinner party. She deserves it!! She is professional, knowledgeable, caring , kind and hardworking. She truly needs a promotion because I have come across many RN’s and no one as attentive as her. She has an A+ on my book. Thank you for allowing me to be serviced by her.

if this place runs the rest of their businesses and departments like they did the quote Therapy Department before it shut down Don't waste your time! this was probably one of the worst therapy experiences i've ever had in home or in an outpatient clinic setting! when I first inquired about getting therapy services I emphasized that I wanted to really focus on getting out of my wheelchair because I because I have cerebral palsy and pain associated with it which getting out of the chair helps with tremendously they had promised me when they matched me with both physical and occupational therapy logan for occupational therapy and Deborah for physical for physical therapy that they would bring all the necessary equipment in order to do that such as therapy balls not only was none of that ever introduced in the short time I was being treated by the therapist of MGA my ot.admitted she had never used anything like a therapy ball as a clinician! that's shocking to me considering they're one of the most common therapy tools for our children and even adults with physical disabilities not only that but after after a short time of seeing both physical and occupational therapist one left for maternity leave my occupational therapist and the other just up and quit and said it wasn't for her! I was told my occupational therapist would be replaced until she came back from maternity leave which never happened And then if she wait later The whole therapy division shut down! not shocked at all considering how poorly run it was it didn't even seem like the therapists had any experience or even funding if I could give this place negative stars I would! follow up to my review based on the response I just received from MGA which basically answered none of my questions why would you hire therapist as part of your therapy division who don't know the basics of therapy like how to use equipment or even provide equipment therapy balls especially are very common in the therapy world and very inexpensive Why wouldn't you train your clinicians on how to use basic therapy equipment and not only not provide them with that training but not even provide them with the equipment Are you that cheap? Hiring experience clinicians was obviously not top of priority for MGA

I have an Autistic grandson that received OT from this company. The therapist was amazing. Then one day the therapist told me MGA has stopped doing in home OT for Autistic kids. MGA never gave any advance notice. They just stopped coming. The kids are always the one who suffer when companies like this one discard them.

It’s so hard to pick only one word to express what MGA and the entire staff means to me and my family. The one that express my gratitude is BLESSINGS. Blessing for our beautiful nurse Marissa. from the very first day, to the very last day. The dedication and love she expressed towards my girls was truly amazing. To all the other nurses that we had the pleasure of working with. You are all amazing. Thank you all ❤️ Alannah our PT. Thank you for all that you did for our little lady. Thank you for your caring support. What can I say about our client service manager Wieland. Another blessing to our family. His honesty, phenomenal communication skills and his ability to take the time to listen is amazing. Wieland thank you for everything that you did. The support and concern during my family hardest and darkest time. MGA your all amazing 🤩

The only positive experience I've had with this organization is with their PT and I won't name drop her, but she is awesome, however, every other stage of trying to get help from this company has been a struggle, I've tried to reach the director numerous times and she never returned my phone calls, the coordinator Kasey displays no sense of urgency with scheduling and working with the insurance company. We requested in home nursing over 2 months ago and still nothing from MGA. This is after multiple attempts to speak to someone and find help. I hope others have a better experience than we have. If the PT wasn't so great, we'd drop them all together. EDIT: This edit is here to state that it took me submitting this review to get any sort of communication/explanation from MGA. It does not take over 14 business days for insurance companies, especially Cigna, to approve or deny services.
