This is the first time I have used home health services. I was referred to them following knee surgery. I was very happy with everyone, including the nurse Cara B. and especially the PT, Jason Roe. Both clinicians were timely and always kept me updated on scheduling, and were very thorough. Jason was outstanding as a PT, he definitely progressed and challenged me, and made a BIG difference in my recovery. I would definitely recommend them highly!

It took over a month to get discharged due to their poor billing practices. I was unable to continue care with outpatient services due to insurance still engaged with their home health. DO NOT USE

What a joke ! I was given a referral here upon discharge from hospital. Nurse showed up after 9 pm unannounced and woke me up. We discuss therapy and I let her know I was looking forward to scheduling something because I really needed to get better quickly for upcoming college classes. I was notified through MyChart that the nurse charted that I refused care and d/c the order ! I called to get it rectified and they said I had to go back to the original care provider and get a new order. I did just that , but after many phone calls Iām still stuck with no care a month later. RIDICULOUS! Shouldnt be so difficult to schedule care that was ordered by more than one physician. * DO NOT USE Honor Health Home Health!
