Patient has a wound vac for the past 3 months, and is still not fully healed. Was discharged from Bayada home health for not being home bound any longer, without having the proper follow up care lined up. The dressing needs to be changed every other day and bayada discharged and discontinued care without the proper transfer of care for the patient asking the patient who has been using insurance for the care to now pay out of pocket for treatment which has to be done 3 times a week.

A few weeks ago, my wife started using the service of Bayada Home Health care. To say the least, we are amazed. Our initial meeting was with Stephanie. She explained how everything functioned with the company and how they would be able to get her back on her feet. She was able to set up physical therapy and home health care. We currently have two physical therapists coming to the house. Christy and Jaye have started her on the road to recovery. They are completely committed to getting my wife better. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the genuine and from the heart care she is receiving.

I am writing for Tanya O'Neill and myself to express our gratitude for all the help and assistance that we have received over a long period of time from Ericka and Holly out of the Sierra Vista office. They have both gone out of their way and I know at times on their own time to check on both of us to make sure we were doing well. Tanya, unfortunately, has spent a great deal of time around nurses and care givers and we both feel that these two ladies don't look at what they are doing as a job but how can they make our lives better. Dealing with this Bayada was a breath of fresh air after experiencing numerous nightmares of modern medical providers. Their team is honest and real. They don't seem like plastic people but like neighbors that care about your family's progression, and balance their busy schedules without ever making us feel that we are troublesome or an inconvenience. Our questions were always answered and on one specific occasion our favorite nurse (Kendra, who cannot be complimented enough) rushed to help us with an emergency situation and was here in the blink of an eye it seems. Great listeners, understanding and easy to talk to. If you have need in this rural area for home health, please give them a try. To Kendra, Lisa, and Lori, Thank you for your care.
