Emblem home health starting home therapies and care after my mom left acute rehab several weeks ago. The staff are amazing. Unfortunately mom continued to decline due to her age and her heart. My sister and I chose to transition to Emblem Hospice. The nurses and social worker,chaplain were timely in their visits and truly encouraging and caring. We lost my mom on Saturday The experience was more than we could have asked for. Thank you especially to Susan, Lisa, and Samantha.
