They were assigned to my husband for in-home post-stroke rehab (PT, OT, Speech). They reached out immediately. Getting started quickly post-stroke is important. After the initial call, nothing. I texted, was assured I would get a call back after the scheduling meeting. Nothing. I texted again, then finally called. A PT therapist came for about 30 min, walked to the front door and back with my husband, which I had already been doing. He gave me a sheet of exercises for my husband but did not go over it. After that, nothing more scheduled. We've had in-home rehab twice before with another company. My husband received excellent and prompt care. I DO NOT recommend Inspired Healthcare. There is no excuse for poor communication or not developing a care plan.
