I had a wonderful experience with AZ Home Care Options! I spoke with Raeann, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. She took the time to listen and answer all of my questions, making the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about their clients and their wellbeing. I highly recommend AZ Home Care Options to anyone looking for compassionate, reliable, and attentive home care services!

Abysmal service. Not only was their worker constantly on the phone, I was also poorly treated by management. The worker refused to do any care for the floors whatsoever—was not even willing to just mop the water off the floor from when I showered. (Obviously, that is a slip hazard... ) On top of everything else, I was threatened with having Adult Protective Services called on me because I have a senile 17 year old cat that misses the box. Would be a simple matter of 'Hey, she missed again' and me getting a dustpan. They are so bad that I put a complaint in through the VA, and I hope they lose their contract. Avoid!!

Beware!! This company puts their workers over their clients. Had things missing due to worker's negligence and nothing was done! Their communication is HORRIBLE! They rather text clients when there's issue instead of calling.... Half of the worker's they sent had no uniforms or supplies (gloves). I even called the the head supervisor in Phoenix when i had issues here in Tucson location, but never followed up! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! I've had my share of bad home care companies and this one is by far the worst! They will send anyone to your house! I moved here from Missouri and this company is not a good look for Az homecare services! Thanks to my caseworker I've found a much better company with a good worker. The stress and depression they caused me was very hard. Took me 2 weeks to find a worker.... Dani needs to be demoted... She sweet and nice when things are good, but when things go south, she doesn't know how to de-escalate a situation the correct way. YOU CALL THE CLIENT! NOT TEXT! But she'll call worker tho..Smh AGAIN. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!

Unprofessional management, lack of communication and wouldn’t recommend for your loved ones.
