Banner Home Health in one word—UNPROFESSIONAL! Banner Home Health was referred through a doctor in the Banner system that I am a patient of. The start of the HH was approx. August 2025 through approx. October 2025. 3 different nurses came to my apartment in that time, and every one of them was late for the appointment time on every visit. One particular nurse was borderline rude without really knowing it. Comments she said were belittling to me and my home. Two of the nurses were physically strained when trying to treat me concerning my care. They both needed to sit because they were unable to stand or perform the functions needed for my care. I had a bottle of drinking water next to me, and the nurse used it to clean my wound. Imagine that! Overall not a good fit for me for home care, and I would not recommend them to anyone for home care. I asked the doctor to refer me to another home service and it got sent to BHHC again. When I did ask for a different start date, the same nurse called and essentially said, "It must have been an error on the part of the doctor" (because they knew I was not happy with their service), because they never bothered to show up again. DON'T BOTHER WASTING TIME WITH BANNER HOME HEALTH!

I’ve had a Dr order a wheelchair for my home use as I shattered my ankle. The insurance approved it. A petty paper pusher will not get it to me. I’ve been waiting since Monday. It is now end of business Thursday and I am trapped here because of Taylor
