OUTSTANDING care and great skill by the nurses at BAYADA to help close my cellulitis wound. And a special gratitude to office manager Kristen as she went out of her way on a weekend to visit me and evaluate my open wound that was infected. For about 2 months I received very professional treatment and am now healed... Thank you for your great teamwork on my behalf ! Lisa A.

The first nurse who came to our home was very professional and competent but then everything went downhill. The other therapists were more interested in our personal information that had nothing to do with our health care. They started phishing for information and I knew exactly what they were doing. But it made me feel so nervous and uncomfortable I did nothing. However they neglected to ask the pertinent medical questions. I brought them into my house and they took advantage of my vulnerable state.after coming directly from the hospital. One therapist outright lied to us and she denied everything. I did not have the nerve to just fire Bayada on the spot and go to another agency. Can you imagine I was paying for all this abuse? Don't expect any confidentiality from these unprofessional people as I have heard rumblings of my information being breached.

If given a choice of home health services in Tucson, DO NOT choose this one! My 99 year old father spends most of his time sleeping in his bed... in his own bedroom. Somehow, BEDBUGS appeared in his bed/bedroom. Other than me, the only other people who ever entered his room were 2 caregivers from Bayada. When I spoke with management about this problem, I was told, "Nobody else has complained of bedbugs". We were only with Bayada for 2 months, & at no time before or after have we had BEDBUGS. It cost us $750 to have them exterminated... & thank goodness we did this before any of the bugs migrated to other parts of the house. A simple acknowledgement & apology would've been appreciated even tho it wouldn't have changed my decision to "fire" Bayada services or ever consider using them, again. Just... beware of who comes into your home.

I can't say enough how well organize Bayada is with helping my mother. I'm extremely pleased with the daily care my mother receives from Mary Grace, cna. Dave RN is very good at addressing concerns. And the PT she had was also great. Alexi does a phenomenal scheduling. Maggie in billing is very helpful. I worked in the medical field for years and know how hard the health team works. Bayada is excellent in home care!
