Will definitely contact the facility that my husband was discharged from for another referral: this place hounded us and then dumped us immediately because I didn’t just immediately give them the name of his PCP when this person making the call “demanded” it. Rude and brisk manner on the phone. No empathy for the elderly. As a retired home health NURSE with 35 + years of practice I advise all to look elsewhere.
