Where do I start? I'm not one to give bad reviews but this one definitely does need one. It involves my family and I will not be silent. The true rating I'd give this is 0 my grandma has been with NSI for years, she's had multiply replacements with people and some have passed away, (RIP) but truely majority of the workers in this company do not what they are suppose to. They have a whole list of things they have to do and they don't do any of it. All these people do is sit around your loved ones house and wait till it's time to leave and get paid for doing just that.

NSI has been providing nursing services for my daughter for just over 8 years now. We have some complex needs and they have always provided great nurses that are trained to care for our girl. We have nurses that have been with us since coming home from the hospital in 2016. The nurses and staff with NSI are so caring and supportive to families needing extra help caring for a loved one. They support not only the patient but the families as well. I don’t know what we would do without them. Highly recommend NSI to anyone needing nursing support for themselves or a loved one.
