Patient Care Advocates provided care to my mother when she was discharged from the skilled nursing facility following hip surgery. The entire staff was wonderful - Linda, the RN was so compassionate and caring with mom; Mark, the PT was thorough and caring with mom when he provided instruction on exercises for her to do; Jayson, the OT provided excellent care as well. I am grateful to the PCA team and would definitely request them again if their services are ever needed in the future.

I have to say I was appalled at the lack of respect this home health nurse gave my father. We asked that she place her mask on before entering the home and she said she wanted us to see her face and came in and only after sitting close to him then put on her mask! Hello Covid! She was impatient and was rude interrupted him and talked over him when he would attempt to answer her questions. She was combative and after we asked her to stop aggravating him she continued to upset him. She looked at his home for safety took a history of medications and blood pressure and then forced him to sign documents with out letting him read them. When we asked to see the signed documents she got irritated with us wanting to see them. The entire interaction was 45 minutes. This agency is a law firm and patients who are referred to this agency should be aware of this up front. Hopefully this was just a case of a terrible nurse and not a reflection of the services of this company.

PCA has been an actual life saver for my elderly mother, the care givers are top notch, we have used them several times over the past 5 years for everything from PT, OT to round the clock care and they have been excellent! The home health nurse they sent the first time recognized that my mother still had a UTI and should not have been discharged from rehab, she was amazing and followed us through my moms reentry to the hospital and finally her release and home care needs. I would give them 10 stars!

a horrible expierience that put my wife back into the hospital because the RN they sent out to our house didnt have a clue what she was doing. very unprofessionsl, very much not expierienced or much medical training. not much help from the people that are in charge either. i guess if all you need is a babysitter, maybe, but i would not trust them.
