Our mentally disabled son had an emergency ileostomy-was referred to this agency-I never could get the correct bags and some other supplies-we hadn’t seen the nurse who came once a week to take vitals-so I called on the 17th and spoke to the office manager she said she would place an order-we waited for about two weeks and I ran out of wafers so I called to see what happened to the order and the receptionist and she said he has been discharged on the 12th-NO ONE CALLED US-just left us hanging-I was so upset and did not know what to do-office manger did called and lied to me saying on the 12th he been discharged but told she had ordered the supplies on the 17th-they just dumbed him-so stressed out both of us-what a horrible place-manage did say someone should have called us! Do not use this agency-added so much stress to an already stressful situation-a mentality disabled man they did this SHAME on them!!! Brenda Forbus. Jeffrey Forbus

I want to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible care provided by the team at Tucson Home Health. I was involved in a very bad car accident that dramatically changed my life, leaving me with a traumatic brain injury and needing a walker. I felt like I had lost all my independence. As a 34 year old who was very active before (running, hiking, biking,on feet all day as a critical care nurse) I genuinely thought I would never walk again without an assistive device. From day one, the team approached my recovery with compassion, expertise, and unwavering support. The physical therapists and nurses were not just skilled professionals; they were dedicated partners in my healing journey. They pushed me when I needed it, but also provided reassurance and encouragement that kept my spirits up. The personalized care plan they developed made all the difference. Slowly but surely, through their guidance and my hard work, I began to regain strength and mobility. Seeing that progress was monumental. I am thrilled to say that thanks to their amazing services, I am now able to walk independently, enjoy the outdoor activities I had before, and able to work full time as a registered nurse again. They didn't just treat my injuries; they restored my hope. From one healthcare provider to another, thank you so much again. If you or a loved one needs home health services, I cannot recommend Tucson Home Health highly enough. They are a truly wonderful organization.

This is an excellent company with amazing personnel and staff. My nurses were Autumn, Jana and Mykala. They were extremely well versed in their respective fields and communicated clearly as to the course of treatment and expectations. I highly recommend their services!
