I used this Wickenburg firm for 6 months for full hip replacement surgery. Core arranged for them to come to our home in Wickenburg Ranch. Staff was very helpful concerned about my needs and courteous. Always kept me informed in advance of appointments. My surgery didn't go as planned and unfortunately resulted in nerve damage. So all pt therapy was to help recovery of the damaged nerve and rebuild leg muscles. I've since transitioned from 4 wheel walker to a cane. Ernest my pt therapist was very helpful and generous with his time.

They don’t answer the phone I don’t like this company at all it’s be three or more hours before they come to help my mother and I don’t like that I called today six times before I got a answer from them

Easy to set up appointments after rehab discharge. PT did the bare minimum. Maybe good for folks in optimal health but not good working with folks with any cognitive deficit. Have moved mom to outpatient and she doing more aspects of therapy and showing improvement. Our PT at Honor Health knows hows to talk with mom and get her on board. Additionally, PT with this group show up twice weekly as care plan and was hard to pin down on appointments. Unfortunate as her movement was critical after her hip pinning.

Extremely disappointed in this company. Not only did it take awhile for them to get back to me once I was discharged from the hospital from surgery but they sent a nurse once a week an set up pt for once a week. I had femur surgery. I was in and out of the hospital the next several weeks for multiple issues with my meds not their issue but once I was discharged 10/2 the only contact I had was them asking what hospital an the date I left. I didn't reach back out cus they didn't seem to care from the beginning. Here the 16th comes an they bring up if I'd like to START working with them since they see I was discharged 10/2. Absolutely pathetic. They abandoned my care and don't care that they did. They are here for the money not your health. I would heavily take into consideration other places.
