I just had a relative abused and threatened by the nursing staff. My relative had been brought in by ambulance and admitted. Two days later while still in the hospital her nurse told her that she was fak8ng and that the doctors and specialist were all wrong Hospital administration ignored all complaints because we aren't rich enough to buy proper resprect

Never send your loved one here. For years my LO had vascular dementia then according to this hospital they don't. They ignore all radiological and cognitive reports, other hospitals and clinics. Then they state a POA does not exist at THEIR hospital. They said the hospital had a traveling MRI machine. Then a week later they do not. I would not have admitted her if they didn't have one. If you love them do not admit them.

Edited: I did speak to Tonya in Advocacy. Reported to local news and will be seeking a lawyer. Dr. William Lynn needs to lose his license asap!!! The only reason you are getting one star is bc I couldn't rate you ZERO... I came in on the 4th not being able to breathe. My son disclosed my medications...Legal medication. I was treated as if I had a bad high. I had just had spinal neck surgery on the 1st. The doctor came in and asked me what was wrong. I couldn't answer so I tapped my son. Dr yells at me, that I'm the patient and he wants to hear from me. Couldn't respond due to whatever is going on. Came in asked me something else. I could, hear, see, and understand, but I could not respond. It came in episodes...neck began to tingle, then tongue, then face and I couldn't breathe even though they said I could. It felt as if my throat was constricted. I get a versat shot and I was cognitive again, but slow to respond. The male nurse stabbed it in my arm even tho I had IV. I heard him tell Dr he didnt get a response. Sooo, had to be planned. I tried to answer the Dr, but he yelled at me to shut up etc. Pointed his finger at me. Then walked outside saying, he was going to AMA me and get rid of me. I heard someone in hallway tell him not to do that bc he'd lose his license. He would come in randomly act concerned and then berate me again in front of my grown sons. He asked if I wanted to go home? I said I just wanted to get away from him and get another doctor...or I tried to. I was under a fog big time. He walked off again. Repeated this multiple times with dif sentences. The female nurse brought a portable potty and I asked to get another Dr and said hes got one more time to yell at me. She threatened to call cops and have me arrested for a felony of threatening staff. Even tho this man just threatened to kill me by AMA. I get sent to another part of hospital and saw Dr. Berry. He listened and he said he wld be talking to that Dr bc he was chief of staff. I made it very clear I will be filing malpractice. Several hours later...a nurse named Brandi advocated for me. She got me. CT. Guess what they discovered. Fluid pushing against my throat...making it where I couldn't swallow and/or have breathing issues. So then found out the ER nurse came up front and said she felt bad for how she treated me. Where is my apology? She didn't do it to the staff...she did it to me. All three who were on shift on July 4th between 7pm and 9pm in the ER who treated me should be FIRED! They should have ordered CT the moment I said neck surgery! I had to be transported to UAMS to get treated in which I can breathe better and they believe there is possible infection near surgical site. Dr. Lynn tried to say it was an overdose. I've taken the same meds for four years+. I had my son bring my meds so the admissions nurse...Jeremiah could count them and prove them wrong. I did. The only people concerned about me were on that floor up top after being admitted. Your own staff knows you have an issue. Your reviews know you have an issue. Just so you know...I'm absolutely filing against this man. He had the nerve to track down my son after I said as much and try to ask how I was. I would rather take my chances traveling to another hospital than ever let that man near me again. I genuinely fear for my life around him. DO BETTER! Yes, I'll be calling Patients Advocates on Monday if I can to file the 1st complaint. For everybody else who had a bad experience...you're welcome to join and make it a class action!!! I was made to feel helpless, stupid, and treated like trash!!! Imagine if he did send me home...my throat was swelling shut due to the fluid. I genuinely could be dead. DO BETTER!

The staff here are absolutely disrespectful to patients. My mom came in because she was having problems breathing after a spinal surgery days before and the main doctor, Doctor Lynn was quick to brush off any potential feedback, didn't listen to any suggestions from my mother. I'm definitely reporting him to the medical board for unprofessional conduct standards.

I broke my clavicle went on a Saturday they had me waiting way too long for X-rays and to be released. I could hear the nurses and the doctor that was attended to me chit chatting away in the hallway while I was in pain. I never got to see my x-rays. They told me it might not be broken. But I was like wait a minute didn't they have the x-rays. They never showed me the x-rays they never sent the prescription to the pharmacy and I had to go to St Mary's after to go see my regular doctor. I know that's going to be a very expensive Bill to go to Emergency on a Saturday to go get attended but not really get fully helped. Bad experience.
