My experience was not a very good one, it started off wrong. Before accepting clients with serious conditions make sure your nurses are well trained in the special care areas. First & Second RN were not well versed on proper care methods as should have been so much so that we were not comfortable with their care. Client had to travel back and forth outside the home for care which should have not had to happen with home health coming to the home. Safety is always a big concern and if not for the home health workers but more importantly the clients safety. Mask should definitely be worn when coming in contact with a client who's immune level is low after having a major surgery. Physical therapy was great!! (Jess & Casey) Occupational therapy was great as well! (Denise & Carley) I have never spoke with management. I didn't call them & they certainly didn't call me. As a Healthcare business I think that they should have reached out at least once to contact the client if nothing else but to make sure everything is going great. Not all the time can a client advocate for themselves. Professionalism & Great Service goes a long way.
