VA was totally mismanaged in our case. However I want to give a clear shout out to our OT Dale. Without him my husband probably wouldn’t be as advanced he is. He worked with our schedule and showed up consistently. He called us the day before EVERY SINGLE WEEK. Also shout out to our PTs Kyle and Matt. They did exactly the same. Thank you guys. Now. The administration at Elite needs to fire themselves and move on. Seriously. Anyone looking for a competent company that you can rely on needs to move on. They cannot even provide you with a skilled nurse to show up at your home each week who will know your medications and profile. The nurse won’t know the first thing about you week to week. They start over every time and that’s IF THEY SHOW UP. Also, beware sometimes they will just show up without calling expecting you to let them in. I’m sorry but just because they think the VA has paid for it doesn’t mean we are going to let you go ahead with your visit. We do have a life and plans for our day. That’s life. The nurses have caused SO MANY unnecessary problems and issues for our family. Interjecting themselves with unprofessional opinions and behavior claiming it’s policy and requirements per “their job” and then leaving us with a mess. Only for the next nurse to come. No no no. Do not let these people into your home. Trust me when I say they don’t get to know you. I’ve been using them for almost 18 weeks. The nurses show up for about half the time they are supposed to. They DO NOT CALL and let me know if they are coming not. I’ve complained to the administration about the scheduling. They know we only do mornings because I have other appointments the rest of the day and yet they ignore my requests. I tell you the NURSING IS NOT BY ANY MEANS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. The VA is paying for ours. I’m not sure if they believe that is why they think they can get away with treating us this way our not, but I’ve contacted our advocate about it. I’ve saved every EOB to hand over. I have every voicemail left from every nurse. I’ve never canceled with our PT or OT. ( I’ve rescheduled with them but not canceled) The nurses I’ve SO MANY PROBLEMS. Im doing this review because we are almost finished and I know there are other choices available. If I’d had done research beforehand and seen what others had been through I might have done differently. They are supposed to call and schedule the day beforehand. They are supposed to know your profile well and know it beforehand. The nurses don’t even know my husband’s profile. Still ask him his meds and I’ve not corrected them anymore. They still use the wrong BP machine on him. All do a different check up on him. They all do a different work up. Every single one does a different check on him. They aren’t supposed to. I don’t even correct them anymore. I just keep a record on my voice recorder on my phone now. Ironically our OT just called and confirmed our next appointment!!! The nurses should be doing that and they don’t. THE NURSES ARE LAZY!!!! GET NEW AND MORE NURSE!!!! ADMINISTRATORS ARE LAZY!! GET DIFFERENT AND BETTER ADMINISTRATORS!!!!

People in office are kind but it is a whole different thing with the lazy people they hire. HORRIBLE if they bother to show up. Now they removed me from their system because I would not SHUT UP AND ACCEPT THEM TAKING MY MEDICAID MONEY AND NOT DO THE WORK OR EARN IT!!!

This company has not been reliable at all. Did not keep there schedule, and did not call to say they were not coming for the day. We had to switch to St. Bernard's, but can't even get the release from Elite. This company can do better or close your doors.

They are not avv and had workers that used profanity with my 9 year old and were saying they worked hours that were not accounted for on my mom and son....very unprofessional people in all offices I have never in my life seen such lack of duty or true compassion for elderly or handicapped in my life ...choose another company if you truly care for your loved ones...they never came and checked on my moms care after she was signed up ...not OPEN 24 7 THATS A LIE ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH THEM IN THE DAY TIME MY MOM AND I WERE LIED TO FRIM THE START AND FRAUD IS WHAT THEY DO WELL STEALING HOURS LYING TO OUR FACE ABOUT CARE AND DISREGUARDING EVERY THING SAID TO THEM

We have Brittney Ward and Mike Sheridan come to South Wind Heights two to three times a week and they do an amazing job with the residents and going above and beyond for fall risk and making sure to have a great fun exercise class with the residents!
