Mercy is the best hospital around. I have been in and out of hospitals, and people at mercy treat you so well, the environment is even different. The 4 days I have been here , I've been treated with courtesy and respect, the doctors and nurses all help you carry a smile when you don't feel like smiling. Best of the best, I'd give it a 10 out of 10..

My wife and I had a wonderful experience of birthing our first child at Mercy. We had many wonderful nurses over the couple days we spent there, but we have to give a shout out to Elli for being so positive, encouraging, and having so many ideas and strategies on how to best serve my wife and baby. She gave us time and care that I will be forever grateful for.

Although I cannot recall the name of the first nurse who admitted me, she provided excellent care and made a strong first impression. There was one nurse who was truly outstanding, and the same can be said for the Tech. The nurses bedside manner exceeded every expectation. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely supportive. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions—or find the answers when needed—and explain the physician’s orders in a way that was easy to understand. She made me feel safe, informed, and confident that I was being closely monitored. She exemplifies what a compassionate, professional nurse should be. The Tech was also an exceptional technician. She consistently checked on my comfort, demonstrated excellent bedside manner, and made sure I knew that any needs or questions would be communicated promptly to my nurse. Her presence contributed greatly to the sense of security I felt during my stay. The running joke was "I wouldn't show off, so she wouldn't have to show off." Their professionalism, compassion, and teamwork made a meaningful difference in my experience, and I am sincerely grateful for the care they provided.

My first time delivering here with my second child. Absolutely amazing place to deliver. Not just one or a few but every nurse I met was amazing! Day shift and night shift equally. Delivery room and postpartum room. All were amazing and nice. My OB (Dr.Hill) was equally as amazing! The nurse that shine the brightest was Chasity! She was absolutely amazing! Help me through all of it. Thank you Chasity. Thank you to all the staffs in the labor and postpartum departments. You made my labor experience positive and calm. I’m glad I came here! Highly recommend! 10/10

The cardiology department at Mercy Hospital Northwest Arkansas provided me with excellent care. The doctors and nurses were incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive to my needs as a patient with Epilepsy and Narcolepsy. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout my treatment. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of cardiac care.
