I was prescribed physical therapy for my hand and lower back. The PTs that came to my home were delightful and eager to help with my problems.. when I needed xrays the technicians were also sent to my home and took the needed xrays... the care was great and I really enjoyed my time with all my PTs.. thank you. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely under no circumstance would I ever use unity home health care. My uncle had a catheter taken out at 10 AM. Meredith the nurse was supposed to come back at 1 PM to put the catheter back in and failed to do so. Her reasoning “Well no one called me so I assumed he peed”, we all know what assuming means. After a phone call I was told the order was put in at 1236 for Meredith to come back and put the catheter in. Again failed to do so. After calling four more times and speaking to Becky the supervisor during duty hours again no one ever showed up. At 5:21 PM I got a phone call from the on-call nurse saying she’s 45 minutes away and will be there to put the catheter back in. Mind you my uncle has not peed since 10 AM now he’s in extreme pain and has to go to the emergency room to get a catheter put back in that these in-home healthcare providers are responsible for. Absolutely the worst home healthcare in the United States of America. Every last one of you who are employed by this company should be ashamed of the way this company functions or should I say fails to function.
