I get to work with liaisons, Paige W. and Luzanna T. and I just absolutely love them! They are both so quick to respond and help me with anything they can! If they aren’t able to help, they always offer to help find someone that can! They’re beautiful souls and if the rest of the staff at Elite are even half as great as they are, I know my patients will be in great hands! Patients that have returned to my rehab have chosen Elite, time and time again… patient reviews have always been wonderful! I just can’t say enough great things!

I have to warn people that I have worked and had a family member as a client of Elite. things were not to bad till Missy showed up. She is not professional at all, she should have never been hired for the position she has. Not to mention how inconsiderate she is to the client themselves. More than once my family member made request that were never taken care of she just likes to ignore any problems and will always say it is someone else's job, never is it her job to take care of anything..

My grandfather’s place was choose by his insurance company.... I would not recommend them... They have bad communication with the patient and family member that’s take care of him.. He was home over a week before anyone come to talk to him bout physical therapy. We never knew when the nurse was coming. The lady that was to come shower never showed up and was schedule to come and didn’t call to cancel or let us know she wasn’t coming...The nurse that come out gave him a shower cause it had been awhile since his last shower. We have to call all the time to ask where everyone is. If we could choose a company it would be a different one... . There are many other things but we will leave it to that...

I'm 51 years old, and had a total hip replacement My doctor said I would need home health and home health PT for six weeks after my surgery. I am not from this area, so I knew nothing about any of the home health agencies in the area. Elite was listed as being in network with my insurance provider. I have to admit that when I saw the three stars and some of their reviews, I was a bit worried about what type of care I would receive. I have been in healthcare for over 25 years, so I know what to look for care wise, etc. I was very pleased with my services that I received from Elite. The nurses gave exceptional care, showed up as scheduled, were professional and friendly. They were also very thorough and answered any questions or concerns that I had. In addition to my scheduled visits, nursing staff from their office called and checked on me weekly to make sure I was okay and that I wasn't having any issues with their services. I definitely recommend their services to anyone needing home health care.

This company has done nothing they’ve told me they would be doing from the start. My mother was discharged from rehab to their care and we were told that she could call and someone would be out to assist with her colostomy bag. That didn’t happen. They were in charge of ordering her colostomy supplies and we almost ran out because they never ordered when they said they would. Not only that, I have talked with them in great detail about my concerns and was told they would be here to help me transition mom to a home out of my home as well has get me started ordering her supplies. Today they showed up and discharged her and didn’t notify me of any of this. I’m her POA and when mom told her to call me the nurse refused to call from my home and said she would call me on her way to her next appointment. She never called me and mom has the onset of dementia and I found out at 9pm that all this went down today. Run from this company, they will promise you support and you will not get it.
