The CNA Debbie is horrific. She is rude, a terrible representation of our community hospital. She works the floor on 1st shift.

I think as a so called “Christian based” hospital, maybe think about staffing professionals who enjoy their job and take their job seriously. My mom ended up going to the emergency room the other night around 12:30am -1am because she was in terrible pain and the staff was EXTREMELY rude to her. The lady at the front desk asked for my mom’s information and talked to her in the rudest way possible and after that just threw her information right on the desk to give it back to her. The doctor who was in at the time also had a sour attitude and basically implied that we should have showed up at a “more decent time”. He had no bedside manners whatsoever. No one wants to go to an hospital and get treated like garbage when they’re already feeling bad. Isn’t the point of an Emergency Room so that people can have access to get care and help they need at any time regardless of day or night? And to add the icing on the cake was the fact that the waiting room was empty. So I don’t understand what the issue was and why everyone was acting so nasty and cold. There was one nurse who was there and she was really nice so we appreciate her a lot. I pray that the future patients who come in to get treated have a WAYYY better experience than we did.

Went into the ER for pain and swelling in my abdomen. Doc on call didn't run not one single test! Came in pushed on my stomach, said I had inflammation gave me a steroid shot and sent me home. All for me to wind up at a different ER in Forrest City the next day because I was still swollen and in pain. To which I wound up being admitted for my WBC being over double the normal range. Indicating infection that at this point needed to be treated through IV antibiotics. I highly do not recommend using the ER facilities at Cross Ridge community hospital sadly.

I was there only once, in Jan 2022, to see a doctor from Jonesboro. The waiting room was full. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30am. After waiting 2 hours, I left at 1:30pm. I was then scheduled to be seen in Jonesboro. I told my doctor that I would never again schedule to see a doctor at the Wynne hospital. Hopefully, conditions have changed since that time for the patients who live in Wynne and have difficulty getting to Jonesboro,

TERRIBLE SERVICE! My husband's oldest daughter was brought into the ER from a stray dog biting her. Wasn't sure of the dog having rabbies or not. The doctor did nothing for her! No shots, no antibiotic ointment, and didn't even bandage it! Not to mention the receptionist had an attitude with my husband because he asked for her to allow him in the back with his own child!!!! The only advice the doctor gave was to feed the stray dog
