I want to thank my nurse Sophia for taking such great care of me during my spine surgery recovery. She is always on time, never misses a visit, and communicates so well. She always checks on me and makes sure I’m okay and asks if I need anything. That kind of care really means a lot and makes me feel safe and well taken care of. I’m truly grateful for her. I want to thank Tiffany, my physical therapist, who comes to my home. She is awesome and always takes the time to go over my exercises and what I need to do to get better. She shares her knowledge with me and makes sure I understand everything. I’m very grateful for her help and support.

Our case manager Aerrol C. has been great at communicating following up with his care. My father’s nurse Sofia R. is spectacular. Sofia’s attention to detail, easy to talk to, prompt, responsive, but most of all has great compassion and empathy. It has been a pleasure to be able to work with this team. They really deserve five stars and a huge shout out and thank you from our family for everything they have done to support my father and help him regain his independence and happiness after his medical challenges.

I would like to express my deepest appreciation for the LVN Sophia, therapist Jorge, LVN Luis and Ms Chi case nurse overall the entire care team for the exceptional treatment they have provided to my grandmother. Ms. Sophia from the moment she began visiting our home, she has shown genuine compassion and professionalism. They are not only attentive to my grandmother’s medical needs, but also incredibly loving with our pets and respectful with our parents. Their kindness makes my grandmother feel truly cared for, as if she were part of their own family.
