This agency is very professional and provided EXCELLENT service to my family member on two separate occasions. Some years ago they provided a relative in-home nursing, OT, and PT services after they were discharged from a SNF. The staff was very helpful in getting them acclimated to their home and linking them to other supportive community services. Most recently we requested Bright Horizons as part of their discharge plan following surgery. We were pleasantly surprised that the same nurse was assigned to the case and PT services were also provided. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone needing in-home services.
